WC looks like a park. It does not look like the other mass rental places like Raven's Crest, Quail Ridge, etc. And? It's less expensive! Gas, garages, washer dryer in unit! 2

Management Doesn't Resolve Problems We encountered some glitches that is yet to be fixed and the apartment management has been ignoring those issues for awhile now. If we could do it ourselves we would. We will be looking for another apartment.

Best place to live There is nothing better around here. Its like a place you own more than just an apartment complex. Huge, spacious, tall trees in the middle with a park, feel like living in peace in the woods. It is rent controlled, fair rents

Expensive but good place to live Apartment is fine. You don't hear the neighbors much. Each apartment has their own balcony with view of the landscaping backyard with playground. No problems. Management takes care of problems within reasonable time periods like if you call regarding a problem
