I lived at East Garden Apartments for a year. The apartment is ok for the price and enough parking. Some people have no concept how to park though. The windows are terrible drafts and mold come into the apartment. The thermostat was broken. Maintanence didnt bother to fix thermostat or mold problem. The Staff in the management office are rude and will try by any means to take your security deposit. I lost $420 of $1500 deposit. They claim I did not give 30 days notice when I did. Attorney fees cost to much to take them to court. They know many wont go after them so they get away with it. For the price its average...just becareful of your deposit.
