These apartments have a nice set up inside but are not well maintained. The location is convienent to 130/95, the schools are outstanding, the neighborhood is very safe, the apartments are very quiet-we can't hear our neighbors through the walls or ceiling. Unfortunately, the maintenance and office staff are not very responsive. If you decide to live here, make sure the apartment is in great shape before you move in, unless you are handy around the house and have a lot of time on your hands, otherwise would look elsewhere. Any issues that need resolved are best directed to Tracy.
