I visited once Fresh Ponds Village a few weeks ago and never ever will be back to this property or recommended anybody. Leasing specialist Maria met me with comments that she is to busy to demonstrate me any apartments and gave me the key from furnished apartment which was vacated and not clean yet. Apartment was stinky, dusty, mold everywhere. Bathroom was with a mold and rusty bathtub. Carpet was very dirty with too many stains on it. All furniture was very old and had a poor condition. I asked Maria that I need unfurnished apartment and if all apartments have a mold. She said that just first floor apartments have a mold. Also she said if I do not like it, I can continue to search around. She was very anger, rude, and has no idea what she was talking about. Never ever again I will be in Fresh Ponds Village.

I am sure who ever wrote this review has somekind of serious problem with him self...GOOD ADVICE Don't lie and try to convince readers on these posts don't waste your time because "what goes around...comes around..." I have visited this Property and Maria the Leasing agent along with the property manager were AWESOME!!! I am moving in to this property in December and I chose Fresh Ponds Village because I felt it was they right thing to do...after all the search and visits I have made around that area... I know I made the right choice Again, I am sure the person who wrote this bad review for Fresh Ponds Village has serious issues with him self... I don't believe Maria the Leaseing agent would ever show an apartment that was dirty and in the condition he described... HE IS INSHANE!!!
