Nice, but not the best

Dishwasher door rarely closes properly (you have to do some serious shoving!), the refrigerator, no matter how much you adjust the temperature, will always be freezing, and if you live on the first floor, you will always hear neighbors walking around upstairs and running the water. So some of the appliances are average.
The staff is somewhat accomodating--they seem very disinterested/bored when tenants come into the office.
