I was at Fresh Ponds Village 3 days ago. Apartment was too old, rusty bath tub and mold in a bathroom. Stink, dirty, no play ground for kids at all. Leasing agent was not friendly. I rented apartment with Easten Garden.

Very bad maintenance These apartments have a nice set up inside but are not well maintained. The location is convienent to 130/95, the schools are outstanding, the neighborhood is very safe, the apartments are very quiet-we can't hear our neighbors through the walls or ceiling.

Good This is small and quiet place. Does not have a Gym but has a small swimming pool that opens only in peak summers, 2 OK tennis courts and a Basketball and Volly ball courts. The leasing office also has a couple of pool tables.
