great place - my wife and I lived here for a few months and could not believe the great help we recieved from Maria when we got their. She was the only person working there and handling everything. We could not believe it. She went over and beyond to make sure we were happy with the apartment and helped us with anything we needed. I was at Fresh Ponds Village 3 days ago. Apartment was too old, rusty bath tub and mold in a bathroom. Stink, dirty, no play ground for kids at all. Leasing agent was not friendly. I rented apartment with Easten Garden.

Very bad maintenance These apartments have a nice set up inside but are not well maintained. The location is convienent to 130/95, the schools are outstanding, the neighborhood is very safe, the apartments are very quiet-we can't hear our neighbors through the walls or ceiling.

Good This is small and quiet place. Does not have a Gym but has a small swimming pool that opens only in peak summers, 2 OK tennis courts and a Basketball and Volly ball courts. The leasing office also has a couple of pool tables.
