If you are trying to live in NJ and illegally register your vehicle in PA (for insurance I guess)this is the place to do it. So many permanent residents have PA tags it is unbelievabe. Facilities are decent and apartments spacious. A good value although you almost have to apologise to your acquaintances from the surrounding communities for living here. It has a bad rep, mostly unfounded, but there are small druggie/ghetto pockets within an otherwise nice community.
