Moving from another state and needing a place to live with no time to do a good search resulted in me moving my family into Little Middle East and Little Brazil. As a born in America, American, my family is now truly the minority with no one to talk to. The management staff has a double standard for residents. If you call in to get something repaired or make them do their job, you get a Cease Notice for something, anything. If you do not call and have a double digit of people living in your apartment, that's ok. I was told that the person leasing the apartment has to live in the apartment. From the looks of it, 80% of the apartments do not have the lessee living there. Their workers from another country live in them.
Maintenance is staffed with workers that appear to have no credentials. They hit on your daughters, ask them to go drinking, look at the problem then go get the one and only guy who can fix it. The maintenance supervisor is truly a joke and acts like he is the big boss. They do respond when you threaten to go to the main office but then the main office starts sending the cease notices. Damned if you do, Damned if you don't.
The best part is the video they use to promote hunter's glenn. White America, White Office Staff with very little true accounts of what it is truly like. If the INS came here, they could easily make their quota for the next five years.

I wish the front office would send more cease notices to poor white trash like you, in hopes of making the place I call home a better place to live, by making racist pigs like you move out!!!!!

Don't listen to that jerk. I agree with you, you are not being racist you are pseaking the truth, hard to say it but it is the truth. I felt so uncomfortable about the maintenance people that I made them come when my husband was home, good thing at the time he worked at night and i was on days. And that video is so funny. I remember one of the apt. bldgs. caught on fire, and when every day or week a trash bin would either be spray painted or set on fire.
