I have lived here for 4 years and haven't had to much to complain about..

Security Enterance:
I have always said that if their was a price to put on the Gate house I want my money back because I think its't usless. You can come in a say:
"Apt 100 P, Name: Bommbsheka" and your in their. Their no suck apartment

Parking:
Parking is a little tight. With all the white vans it makes it even that more difficult. But they are assigned so I don't having a problem with my parking.
Its a private lot but they think their DELRAN POLICE,that they can quit.. Let me find another "FAKE TICKET" on my car

Maintenance:
Their usually fast acting, I don't have a problem with my neighbors. While i realize a lot of them may not be from america i go my way and they go theirs. They can't understand you so they don't talk to you. That's fine by me. Shoot

Rent is justly for the complex. It's not the lap of luxury (Its not JACKSONVILLE FL) but it's NO PROJECT or Ghetto.. Their maybe a couple of units I hear are alittle skeptical, but perfection can not be ask in a inperfect world. For what it's worth Hunters Glen is a great middle ground. Great for that 1st time renter
and
cheap eough for the tenant whose saving for house.
