I currently live in hunters glen and basically, everything in the other reviews I have seen on here are true.

I am a young professional (just got my Masters). I was attracted to this place as a way to save a little cash while trying to find a better place to live.

The makeup of this complex is:
35% Brazilian
30% Black
25% Turkish
10% White

None of my neighbors on either side speak english and they have 3-4 people crammed into a 1bedroom apartment.

That said I have not had any problems. I had hoped to meet other young professionals like me, but this is certainly not the place for that.

As far as management, they have been very responsive to my calls, sending a maintenance guy over within a day.

The place is very cheap (which probably explains all the immigrants). All my friends are paying $900 for apartments in Mt. Laurel and surrounding areas (I pay $735) for 800sq.ft.

Outside of this complex Delran is a nice town, close to Philly and full of lots of shopping.

Basically I would say that if you are looking for a cheap place to live and don't plan on spending too much time in your apartment and are not raising any kids, this is a decent enough place to live.

Personally, I will be leaving when my lease is up.

I totally agree. I live in tenbychase apts in delran,across from red lobster. I love it there. And if your looking for proffesional people,there are tons here as well as myself. I have a doctor living next to me,delran cop the next bldg over,teachers.....paralegal. The rent is pretty steap. I pay $1010 for a 1bdrm which includes washer/dryer,central air,free heat/hot water & dishwashers.

I LIVED IN THE GLEN FOR TEN YEARS OR SO YOU SEE.EVEN AFTER I MOVED OUT I I WOULD GO BACK TO HANG OUT WITH MY FREINDS I MADE WHILE LIVEING THEIR.ORIGINALLY YEARS AGO IT WAS A CATTLE FARM THAT SOLD ICE CREAM AND MILK N SUCH.BACK WHEN MY MOM WAS A KID..AFTER THAT IT WAS MILLSIDE MANNER,ALSO KNOWN AS MURDER MANNER.THEN ONWARD TO HUNTERS GLEN! I lived in hunter's glen from the early 80's until about mid 90's. Every time I come back, it seems to have gotten more foreign. I have never seen a community like the one we had. I am still friends with someone I met 23 years ago as a young girl and she has no desire to go back either. Whats up with the laundry mat at the bus stop?

What boat did you people come off of? Your grandparents? Your spelling is appauling and you call yourselves PROFESSIONALS? We are all IMMIGRANTS idiots. Get out your history books you fools. Stop using the "priviledge" to skate through life and put some common sense in you brains, then worry about the book knowledge. People can live where they please. If you only knew how ignorant you sound and you call yourselves PROFESSIONALS. I hope you don't come to my company looking for employment!
