Been living here about a year and a half - No problems with the neighbors, and haven't had any of the issues the other 'people' have been complaining about. It's not ultra-swank, but it's the best maintained of the eight older apartment complexes I looked at before moving in, and definately the best in it's price range.

They've recently replaced the windows and doors throughout the complex, which was a much needed improvement. The maintenance person I spoke to commented that next up would be the doors, as well.

If you just moved out of your Ivy-league dorm, you're probably not going to find HG acceptable - If you're coming from the real world, it's worth a look.
