THERE ARE WORST APARTMENTS IN THE WORLD.
YOU DON'T HAVE ANY RIGHTS .THEY SAY HEAT IS INCLUDED BUT ONLY 68 F (IT IS WHAT YOU MUST HAVE BY NJ LAW)IF YOU WANT MORE USE ELECTRICAL HEATHER (HALF AIR CONDITIONER HALF HEATER). MY ELECTRICAL BILL IN WINTER IS USUALLY OVER $100 . OFFICE MANAGERS THEY DON'T CARE . IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOU CAN GO , BUT IF WE GO THEY KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT AND TWO ADDITIONAL RENTS .PARKING SPACE IS TOTAL NIGHTMARE ,TOO MANY DENTS AND SCRATCHES ON MY NEW CAR. THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE ARE VERY NASTY. THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP YOU IN ANY WAY. THEY ARE ALWAYS TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. IF YOU REPORT PROBLEMS THEY TELL YOU THEY NEVER RECEIVED AND COMPLAINTS.

I have lived in Hunters Glen for several years and I must say that it is a very nice place to live. You can see all the improvements that they are trying to complete, for instance, they just replaced all the windows and patio doors on the property and it has deffinately made a differance. Sure, its not the most perfect place in the world, its an apartment and a great place to stay until I choose to buy a house. I can say that over the years I have seen and talked to some people who are not satisfied....and after talking to them I know why...its not the management, its the person. My overall take on Hunters Glen is that its a nice place to live and seems to be improving daily!

Wow I just came from Hunters Glen and the "model" apartment had me sold. Not only that but the security system. Now that i had read these past comments some which are in the month of September 07 I am scared and sad actually. I even just had a co-wroker tell me that I dont want to move there. I have seen comments about bugs, roaches, rates, no heat that is crazy. I dont do any of the above. Wow right now I feel like my search will continue. Any comments please feel free to express yourself.

Wow...could that first poster be more obvious about being management!?!?! Hunter's Glen is hell on earth. And the ONLY people who don't think so, probably can't say anything because they are here illegally and are probably just happy to have a roof over their head.

I bet that the first poster is from management. I know of no tenant here who feels that way, not even the illegals.
