The rent is fair for what you get. I had a few issues with minor things when I moved in. Like, there was no toilet paper rack in the bathroom and the shower controls were out of line. There were cracks in the wall in the bedroom and bathroom. I made a call to maintenance and they came right out and fixed the problem. The maintenance dept. seems to be the most efficiently run part of the whole operation.

I'm not overly happy with the way management generally treats people. It's a very large operation and when this is the case, they tend to treat people as numbers. My living experience here has been good overall.
