We love our unit

After living in Tenby Chase for the past 2 years, I can only say that my fiancee and I absolutely love it here. The living space is incredibly large for an apartment (1400 sq. feet). It is a little on the pricey side but, you get a lot of living space for the price. When we moved into our 2 bedroom, they gave us all new appliances. I'm sure that this caused the rent to increase for all but the upgrades are worth it. Everyone living here will eventually get all new appliances and upgrades. These people that are complaining about the cost need to look elsewhere to get a real sense of what high-density housing costs in the state of New Jersey. We know becuase we did alot of searching before moving into Tenby Chase. I'm being honest when I tell you that other apartments that have this much to offer (1400 sq. ft. with a sunken living room, a wood burning brick fireplace, all new appliances, new AC units, 2 bathrooms) cost just as much if not more. I do not work for Panco Management. My fiancee and I are just happy renters. I challenge anyone who is interested to give me the name of another apartment complex that can offer this much for the same price or less. You can email me with your information at Dreinhard1967@hotmail.com.
