In a shameful display of fiscal irresponsibility, management recently staged their second annual tenants' barbeque. And for the second straight year, nobody showed up ! They rented tents and other equipment and the only ones who attended were members of the management and the maintenance staffs. These people just don't get it. Tenants don't care about barbeques. They want fair rents and needed maintenance. Panco Management is simply clueless when it comes to tenants' needs. Maybe one day (I definitely won't be here for it) they will get their act together and give the tenants some respect !
