We have not lived here that long, but so far so good. I just read the other comments and all I can say is..How racist! yes, foreigners do live in apt. complexes. So what'! We live in New Jersey!! Expect it everywhere on the East Coast. Otherwise you can move to Oklahoma perhaps.
The floor plans are very nice, staff is nice too-not exceptional, but fine. Maintenance was courteous and helpful so far.
Water pressure is great, heat included; which makes this winter more bearable.
The buildings are in good shape and the area is nice and FYI- Delran has excellent schools!! Great PTA and many extras in the schools- have 3 kids, been through all the schools in this town. "foreigners" do not ruin the quality of your education!
