2000-2001 problems brewing...BIG time...
I cannot believe how they have always managed to allow the 13 mattress, 13 men deal, and yeah..was true in 2000 and still is..it is totally GROSS...well...at least the OFFICE pays for the 13 hot showers, right'' Yeah, right..this place is SOOO full of ignorant people...oh, there ARE kind and sweet, high rent paying people STUCK here, for different reasons....bottom line IS...do not, if you can avoid it...even think about livin in this MOSH PIT...most of all the good and kind people that once lived here, they have ALL moved away! And how grest for them all...this is NOT a good place to live..it really isn't..they don't up-keep, it is overdoed in crickets and aliens..ugh.
Hell's kitchen....although..whom affords to own a bright yellow 70k HUMMER..in that parking lot EVERY darn day..hmm...must be an employee with SPECIAL priveledges..yup...
I feel so sorry for people still living there..it IS true about the 18 imigrants in one room..and the cooking smells can be ghastly...I so recall it all...thank GOD I was one of the few lucky ones to pack up, move out and NEVER look back. No one in their right mind should rent here...might seem cool for the first 4 months..just a facade..it really is BAD.don't move here!

And when you mvoe out they wll LIE and STEAL you security deposit!!! Rent a unit in Summer Hill - clean and safe. Pet Friendly - yeah right -- they use the pet to steal the deposit - why because it is in black and white -- pet ruined their carpet and they paid $12/00 a yard to replace it. Yeah right - I am sure one of the Brazilians got paid $100 to supply the receipt -- $2.00 a yeard - maybe but $12.00. Panco better do some better negotiating w/carpet contractors. We are NOT stupid. Stay away!
