I was informed of this web site by a friend who was in the market for an apartment and was curious. I do find it peculiar that all the "very displeased tenants" are "ANONYMOUS". If you were so unhappy and this outraged - you would move.

As for the race issue, the "anonymous" writer of "Welcome to Rio North" stated in his posting that manangement did evict someone for having too many people, so they obviously did try to correct the bad situation. Honestly, I have not been disturbed and have not even taken notice to a problem and I work from home a majority of the time. I do remember that when I moved in, Panco had me sign something with regard to how many people can live in my apartment-I know it was no more than two in a one bedroom and I think four in a two bedroom.

It is sad that these people have nothing better to do and have this much time to track their neighbors and play tricks on the security guard-GET A LIFE!

I do also know that a few police officers live in Tenby Chase Apts. I am not sure what towns they are from, but do know that one of the neighbors in another building is a Delran Police Officer-how unsafe is it!

I also looked into the Section 8 issue and learned that it is the law-"no apartment complex in NJ has the right to refuse any lawful form of income" and unfortunately, Section 8 is a lawful form of income. I do not know why the state would allow for someone who needed assistance to live in a place with rents that are $1400.00, but Management has nothing to do with that and could not do anything even if they wanted to. It is ILLEGAL DISCRIMINATION!!!

The Delran School System is as it has been since I was in school - highly rated!!!

I do find this website to be unfair becuase all these people can advertise all this false information.

I lived here for a little over three years and I have been very happy and I was here with all the people fighting the rents and when it went to court and Panco must be doing something right becuase they won against the tenants in court - how come the "very displeased tenants" do not write those updates on here'

IT is 2007 and NO Police Officers live in Tenby Chase Apts -- you better do some much better research - oh yeah -- maybe they all moved over to Hunters Glen to live. You better get back on the computer and do some better research. They live in Tenby Chase HOMES and Summer Hill not Tenby Chase Apts and Hunters Glen who now are about the same units/tenants.
