Mark my words if your mother stays there a little longer all hell will break loose. I use to live there and my roomate and I heard serveral complaints of patch work as well as flooding and mold problems. I am an asthmatic so I moved as soon as possible before the mold hit our unit. I really don?t gain anything by speaking badly of the complex, but I feel as though the right thing to do is inform consumers of what they are getting into with facts not fiction. I am beginning to think that all of the good reviews are written by the staff at Tenby Chase. Nobody wants to live in a place that floods often or has mold issues. It is dangerous to your health. I read an article that on February 25, 2004 Panco refinanced the place for 23.5 million. It is really sad that they refied, but haven't done any well needed maintenance repairs to the place. I still speak to my former neighbors and they say it is just getting worse. I even heard rumors of a few lawsuits. And I as well heard they are trying to sell the place due to a bad deal with the former owners. I don't think it was a bad deal, but they are high class slum lords that don't want to do propers repairs. Amy and Erin at the rental office are a nightmare to deal with to say the least. Very young, and very unexperienced and very rude. I believe if they get a more seasoned staff they will do much better.

Now it is 2007 and instead of fixing the mold problem they make you sign a Mold Addendum. I bet none of the owners/relatives of Panco live in these units which cost over $1,500/mo. Yes, a Mold Addendum -- they are not responsible/cannot be sued. Great businessmen huh?
