Years at this apartment: Pre-1980 - 2002
This complex is awful ! The place is falling apart. Severe flooding problems and maintenance deficiencies. Appliances and carpeting are ancient. Office staff is uncaring and maintenance staff is clueless. Rental increases have been as high as 24% per year. Leases are unreasonable and restrictive. Management company is inept and rude. The absolute worst complex in the area. Steer clear of this dump !
