this used to be a reasonable place to live. last year a new management company bought the complex from Mack- Cali ( a huge Realty corporation that made you feel at home and valued). The new company has NOT fixed anything---flooding still occurs, never get new carpets or appliances- not to mention repairs are non existent. The 2nd floor apartments and townhouses are soooo HOT the central air (yes, even the newer ac units) cannot keep it cool. most residents have to get their own room airconditioners for the 2nd floor. whats worse than that''' try $150-250 in rent increases IN ONE YEAR!!!!!!
thats per month!!!!!!! while they spend money on upgrading the landscaping for a better look outside, the apartments CRUMBLE under the poorly newly painted buildings. I have a bathroom sink that is 30 years old and leaks!!! these people DO NOT CARE---and will lease to anyone!!! how about LOUD new neighbors with 8 (yes 8) people living in one apartment!!!! nothing is done about it! STAY AWAY FROM HERE---most residents are getting ready to move too!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh....and forget about parking----it is ridiculous!
