I've lived here for about 6 months now and I like it. Yes, there are a lot of foreigners and it does seem like everyone has a white van...but that doesn't bother me. I guess the only thing that does bother me is that about 50-75% of the vehicles have PA license plates! What's up with that'

Me and my family keep to ourselves and everything is just fine. Water has leaked down from the upstairs apartment and maintenance was there right away, to fix the problem. They even came out at 1:00am to see where the water was coming from. The next day they made the necessary repairs upstairs and repainted the wall in my apartment.

One thing though...the floor boards are squeaky! We can hear every single footstep that people upstairs make. It only seems to be a problem in the bedroom area...the rest of the apartment is fine. I don't hear conversations from the neighbors throught the walls or anything like that.

I think the premises are nice, the apartments are nice and the price - although it may seem high - is truly reasonable compared to what's out there. Parking doesn't seem to be a problem in my area and the maintenance crew is wonderful.

I will renew my lease next year.
