I lived at Tenby Towne for two years while waiting to get into a development. I moved in May. I have to say I was pleased with the place during my stay. There were foreigners but not too many, it is just noticable because of the vans, but they do that kind of work that vans are needed for. I did not have to use maintenace but when I did - they were. and the office was always nice and helped.
