I have lived in Tenby Chase going on five years. This will be my last!!!
It has gotten worse every year since I have been here. If your not Brazilian and a slob who drives a white van with ladders on top you don't fit in. The apartment next to mine just changed tenents (the family that was in there had had enough) and
now I have 10 guys and 2 girls living in a 1 bedroom apt with no furniture!
It is a shame because these are nice apartments and convienent for my work, but enough is enough.

lol - that could happen at any apartment community or even when you own a condo. You can't choose your neighbors, especially when you live in a complex, and the management has to rent to anyone who qualifies per the fair housing laws.

Actually, not every place has ALL brazilians. I also live here and it is a --------!!! Maitenence NEVER comes when asked. The brazilians in my neighborhood are def illegal and also very very noisy and rude. Try getting woken up at 5:00am every morning from them moving cleaning supplies around for 3 hours!!! And you cant say anything to them cause they dont speak English. Dont live in this country if you cant speak the language. This is absolutely the worst place i have ever lived. And there is so much stuff that has broken because it is so old.

Do you even know where Brazil is located on the map? I've visited the complex and my husband and I were willing to move into the building, but they didn't have any availability for the model we wanted. The location is great, and the price is fair. If you want to be a racist, you should move out, cause I know delran is known for the Brazilian community. If they're illegal or not, you obviously is no authority to judge that, otherwise you wouldnt be living in the same building as immigrants,right? If you're so much better, why dont u BUY a house? It might bother you that an immigrant who barely speaks english can afford the same type of housing that you can, huh? Well, knowing that i might encounter ignorants like you as neighbors, I better stay away from this place. PS: I am Brazilian and the manager over there did not treat me any better than she would treat an idiot like you.

I just moved into Tenby Chase and it is horrible. I moved there November of 2007 and am looking forward to moving out when my lease is up. I have found that when reporting to the office things that need to be fixed have not been taken seriously. I have some simple things that need to be fixed as well as major items. I have to call the office all of the time to ask when will the work be done. The girls in the office take the complaint and nothing gets done for days or if at all. The guys that come out to do the work don't have integrity. The work that they attempt to do is terrible, they don't care. The workers leave a mess and don't complete the work. I would never refer anyone else there. When I pay rent and I have a problem, I expect for it to be addressed in a timely manner and fixed with pride. I have a problem with this developement and I need the number to their corporate office and will get it and or take them to court. Tenby chase is a mess and crappy. The floor plans may be nice, but the up-keep is a joke and they don't care at all. JUST SAD!
