We are having leaks in our basement leaks in our second bathroom upstairs which causes leakage downstairs in my dining room area and leaves yellow stains of circles on the ceiling called maitenance and still these things persists. I have given the property manager a list of things that was wrong with the place and have yet to see anyone come out to fix it. I am military and If I continue to have these problems I will go to my legal office so they can get me some type of legal document saying that I can get out of my lease. I pay rent every month on time and this is the thanks we get for being good tenants. Just received a memorandum for excessive cigarette smoke that some neighbor is complaining about and me and my husband dont even smoke half the time we are not even here and it makes me mad that I am being accused of something that we are not doing but I think its because of our race we are the only kind of our race around here so that should also be something that you consider before moving here if its worth all of this trouble and on top of that our neighbors are excessively noisey sometimes it sounds as if they are right here in our apartment and we pay 1560 a month for this crap.
