I've lived at Tenby Chase Apartments for almost 4 years. I have only the highest regard for the office staff (Brooke, June, Erin and Heather) and the maintenance team (Chris, Bill and George.) They are the most professional, courteous, and helpful people I know. Any problems I had with the apartment were taken care of either right away or the next day. The rent, including heat and water, is very reasonable for the spacious,comfortable apartment. The powerful, standard sized (not those miniature ones) washer/dryer in the unit is a big plus. The location is very convenient, a block away from Rt.130, but without the highway noise. It is actually very quiet and serene day and night. I love the appearance of the entire apartment complex and its beautiful landscaping. Walking along the small pathways in the complex is especially refreshing in the morning. Most of the Neighbors are great. Overall, this is the BEST apartment complex.
