I will say that Pinefield manor is in a beautiful, wooded area by the rockaway river. And, has wonderful closet space in the bedrooms and hallways.

However, Pinefield manor has low cost windows with little or no caulk around the windows. There are air conditioners, which is a plus, but they are a health hazard...they have water inside the units with mold.

If you live upstairs, there is no light switch. And, this is not something the apartment complex will remedy, as it is a town problem. And, I'm an older person that has fallen sever times. In addition, if you are in an upstairs apt. and are a non-smoker, smoke from other units will come into your unit relentlessly.

So, There are some pluses, but know of the other sides of these apartments
