I lived in these apartments for almost 2 years and for the most part it was fine. the apartments are nice, brand new inside, not built well, but what apartment building is''

the only problem i had was with some of the staff who work there. Kathy, the property manager (hopefully she is no longer there) is extremely rude, disrespectful!! there's another girl there, Nicole who is very abnoxious and loud. the rest of the staff is fine. Maintenance is pretty good, but they need more than just 2 maintenance employees.

Overall nice place to live,just try not to have too much interaction with some staff.

i disagree about the staff - both of the above mentioned still work here and they are always professional and friendly. i have lived here 2 years and never have had a problem with them.

I also disagree about the staff~ Kathy can be a little rough around the edges but she has to be! Her job is to make sure people who live there feel at home. She of all has the worst job of all because she has to stalk people to pay their rent! And as for the leasing staff: Nicole has always treated me great, she has this thing about her where she makes me feel like I am a person and not just an apartment number. I think that is a great quality! She makes you feel like you are HOME!! Im sure that you are not a people "kind of person." Generally people who have that same out-going personalities get along! You will be treated the way you treat others.... so maybe you weren't the nicest to them either!

I agree with the above comments about the staff. My husband and I have been treated with disrespect from Cathy Wagner. She pretty much told us where to stick it when we complained about noisy tenants below us. Regardless of how tough her job may be she's still in customer service.

You people that are complaining about the staff are an absolute joke. Nicole is one of the nicest young ladies to grace this planet, goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable in your surroundings. Cathy's not here to be your best friend, her job is to manage her property and your rent was probably always late. The apartment complex is beautiful the apartments are beautiful, you want to talk about a rediculous staff try living in echelon Glen in Voorhees. Then get back to me about the staff over here, you'll think they are sent from heaven.

Wow. I think it is ridiculous that people attack others for their opinion. I love how you justify crappy behavior with the assumption that these people were late on their rent. Or just because they don't like someone they must not be a "people person". I am a people person, but I do not likie brash, rude, or over-aggressive people... it takes all types, but not all types can do customer service. You people are jerks.
