I have lived in this apartment complex for 1 month and that is all it took for the staff to stop treating me like a human being. ------ in the leasing office was rude and ignorant. Like a typical sales person she told me everything I wanted to hear. When I first met her I knew it would be bad. It seems as though no one in the office has any clue about good customer service. I was told it would be two months until I could move in and it was more like 6. During that time period I never got a single phone call about the availablity of any apartments. The only time I spoke to her was when I called to see what was going on. The few times that I called she would rush me off the phone and give me crap answers to appease me. After waiting in limbo for eternity I finally got in with some hesitation. And just as I thought it has been a headache ever since. No one on the entire management staff has any compassion or consideration for their tenants. I know that people just can't wait to live here but when you have any problems everyone acts like you are wasting their time or you are inconveniencing them. Now I am locked in here for a year and can't wait to leave. I am already looking for new places. Some other nice apartments in the area are; The Woods at Narraticon, Heather Ridge, Kings Wick, Innverness. Check all of those before you have to come here. Good luck.

Jeez, almost every response to a negative perspective of living at this complex sounds as though it were written by one of the staff people! Very defensive indeed. Just because someone has a totally different viewpoint of this location, doesn't mean they hate their life...what a joke that response was.

I just called The Club for leasing information. ------ answered the phone and was not very welcoming. She was short and seemed a little annoyed by my call. I will be looking elsewhere.

The Club is a nice place to live. The office staff really goes out of thier way for the residents. Yeah sometimes I dont always like what I hear, but thats how it goes in life! I love the pool party and the holiday parties they throw!

I was there for quite some time and they did nothing to make our stay a good one. The managment staff only care about getting paid their rent and look out if it were late. They also do nothing to protect you with security. All the money they charge, they should have had some security drive through at night making rounds to ensure the saftey of their tenants. My son's car was broken into, they were told about it and did nothing. They also rented to some assisted living people where there were care givers coming in and out at night smoking marajuana in the hall way at night as well as the tenants who would wonder off urinating on the trash dumpsters and approcahing my children asking them for cigarrette's. There were numerous complaints about one group of people for monthe were they had loud parties and drank where beer bottler, can and trah would be all over the lawn. They were told about this repeatedly and drug their feet evicting them again, due to not looking to secure the other tenants by partolling at night, there was a shoooting and my son was coming home from a date where the police came and mistook my son for one of the people and threw my son to the ground face down in handcuffs. This is what I got for $1700 per month.
