When my sister and I first went to the Club to look at apartments, there were two young girls in the leasing office who acted like they didn't have the time of day to help us find an apartment. IT IS THEIR JOB. They literally found us a key and sent us out on our own to look. WHAT LEASING AGENT DOESN'T SHOW YOU THE PREMISES'! I guess it was our mistake to look past that and rent from them. THEN - after moving in, we met the H.B.I.C. (Head B**** in Charge)and yes, I'm talking to YOU CATHY WAGNER who is the worst property manager I've ever met in my life... and I've met many working in the real estate business. She is completely nasty, always walking around with her nose up in the air and a puss pout on her face. We got nasty-grams from her on several occasions for having a broken blind... meanwhile our next-door neighbor straight from South Philly had her plastic dolls/tables/rainbow lights/flags/banners/fake flowers/anything you can think of all over the garden - making our place look like a dump BUT NEVER ONCE DID Cathy ask her to take any of that ---- down. Whenever we sent emails about something breaking in our place, she would ignore them and never once respond. CHECK YOUR EMAIL - WE LIVE IN THE AGE OF TECHNOLOGY. LET ME WARN YOU - Upon moving out, we owed the Club about $220 for damage in our rental and NOT ONCE did the HBIC contact us to let us know that we owed any money. She did not call, write, email, fax ANYTHING so she sent us to Collections because she's a lazy, lazy old woman who doesn't feel like doing her job. She has since damaged my credit for not alerting me of monies owed and this is all because she is miserable and incapable of making a phone call. The leasing girls were also miserable, walking around like they owned the place. I'm telling you - WATCH OUT FOR THE STAFF. They are our reason for moving out!!! It's unbearable! The Quaker Group needs to find a hiring manager to find decent people to run their offices.

Let me also touch on the noise situation. We lived on the first floor and had three little boys (family of five) living above us. We heard every little step they took, the vacuuming, the peeing in the toilet, EVERYTHING. On one occasion, the boys upstairs jumped so hard our kitchen light fixture fell down and smashed to pieces AND WHAT DID THE STAFF DO ABOUT IT'! You guessed right... NOTHING! They never once alerted them that their noise was completely stressing the renters below them... and not allowing us to sleep past 5am!

Safety might be an issue. While renting here, there were several gunshots fired from one car to another driving down the main street in the Club. We apparently also had a drug dealer living in our apartment before us, so we had druggies knock on our door late at night looking for the guy who used to rent there. HEY STAFF - WHY DON'T YOU RUN BACKGROUND CHECKS ON YOUR RENTERS'!
