We have lived herefor about a year and half. Overall the place is nice but expensive.
For a while we had a mold problem in the master bathroom shower. When I called maintenance about it they said to spray Tilex. So we stopped using that shower altogther. It seemed like no matter how often it was cleaned the mold was back within a couple of days.

We are on the first floor and we get huge spiders. We had a dead frog in our fireplace when we first moved in and more recently found a slug by the fireplace, so it's kind of gross. I'm not sure if everyone has these problems but if you don't like spiders this isn't the place for you. I'm telling you they are the largest spiders I've ever seen.

The windows are drafty. Our heater broke twice but maintenance responded right away. Once was late at night an another was on a holiday and they came within an hour.

Parking usually isn't a problem unless there is a party at the clubhouse. We are near the clubhouse and when there is a party we have to park far from our apartment because there is none, it's all taken up by the party people. That's when we wish for assigned spots.

We have looked at a lot of apartments and these do have a lot to offer but I must say, when our lease is up we are moving.
