My boyfriend and I looked at several places before we decided on Locust Grove. I read the reviews before I made a decision and found that most of the reviews were about the staff. We had no problems with the staff and since this is our first place we had a ton of questions, they were very helpful and didn't get annoyed with me at all (i called often!) I can't say much about the apartment since we haven't moved in yet (so I can't answer the other 's about parking, noise and everything else), but we saw an open unit similar to the one we are getting and it's VERY nice. I just wanted to make sure that people weren't turned off by the bad reviews previously written about the staff because I didn't have any issues with them. I'm very excited to move in and I will update if anything changes. Good Luck :)

once you've signed the lease and they have you locked in, you'll be humming a different tune! the office staff's job ends once they coax you into signing a lease...from that point you become nothing and nobody to them...actually, you do become somebody to them, an annoying tenant!!

This is for Jmeltz4075. How can you say,you didn't have a problem with the staff if you didn't move in yet? Also was wondering how's your experience now?

I said in my review that we hadn't moved in yet BUT thru the several phone calls I made, I didn't have any issues! We have been here about 2 months now, I haven't had to deal with the office much (only once for broken blinds) and they were helpful. The one lady (i believe her name is Cathy) can be a little rude but as soon as i gave her an attitude back she changed her tone. The other 2 are very nice so whenever I call or pay rent I deal with them. The only other issue is parking - there doesn't seem to be enough parking for as many apartments there are (wish they had atleast 1 assigned spot). Besides parking and that lady being a bit miserable everything else has been great. The apartment is very nice and quiet. Huge closets and bedroom. Nice "homey" feel (doesn't feel like im in an apartment). Best of luck
