HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

I HAD ONLY BEEN IN THIS COMPLEX FOR A MONTH BEFORE I STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS WITH AN UPSTAIRS NEIGHBOR WHO WAS CONSTANLY SAYING THAT WE WERE THREATENING HER! MANAGEMENT HAS DONE NOTHING TO ALLEVIATE THE PROBLEM AND NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO EVICT BOTH OF US! THATS THEIR ONLY SOLUTION, THESE PEOPLE ARE MORONS AND THEY LET ANYONE INTO THE COMPLEX. ON TOP OF THAT, IT IS WINTER TIME AND THE HEAT WORKS WHEN IT WANTS TO! THE WINDOWS WONT CLOSE ALL THE WAY, AND THE KITCHEN SINK IS LEAKY! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND PAY THE EXTRA MONEY TO NOT LIVE IN THIS HELL HOLE!!
