	I HAD ONLY BEEN IN THIS COMPLEX FOR A MONTH BEFORE I STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS WITH AN UPSTAIRS NEIGHBOR WHO WAS CONSTANLY SAYING THAT WE WERE THREATENING HER! MANAGEMENT HAS DONE NOTHING TO ALLEVIATE THE PROBLEM AND NOW THEY ARE ... more
