Rustic Ridge Management puts great emphasize on outside appearance, as to attract new tenants. However, the inside of the apartments is in pretty bad shape. Kitchen and Bathroom furniture are leftovers from the 70's and will not be replaced, but fixed with boards if they are bend out of shape. Appliances like refridgerators, stoves, dishwashers will be repaired over and over and over again. Makes you wonder where they get the parts from, they are so outdated. Everything in my apartment is has been there since the late 70's when the complex was built. So if that is the type furniture that you like, move to Rustic Ridge.
