Looks nice on the outside. Inside cheap carpet, chipping - paint, electrical outlets installed improperly, air conditioner sucks, terribly over heated in winter- end up opening windows and turning fan on in the winter. Bedbugs and Crazy Maintenance Woman DON'T RENT HERE RIGHT NOW!! BEDBUGS!! Monthly rental with no cleanup between tenants means BUGS!! Furthermore, we were told to wash their linens ourselves when the bedbug infestation was reported.

Highly recommend I lived in the furnished 1 BR apt 1 1/2 years..this was in 2002. I enjoyed every bit of my stay here. Very well maintained, clean, courteous management & staff, ont even hear or see bugs or roaches like other apartments. Anytime I needed a fix (which was very rare) -
