Good Place for commuting to New York

I am living in this apartment from March of 2005. Overall the apartment looks good. It is spacious, when compared to other apartments.
I would like to mention my opinions here.
Positive
1. Good for commuting to New York by Bus. You may need to go to the New Brunswick Train station, If you plan to go by train. I suggest this is good apartment for commuting to NY in bus.
2. I can say this is a safe place.
3. Construction wise this is good. Some of the apartments are recently renovated. Whoever stays in the upper floor are going to have bad time, particularly if you got big furniture. It is very difficult to carry the furniture to the upper floor.
Negative
1. The aparment looks good but the doors are so stubborn, that you have to apply your full energy to open the door.
2. It is very difficult to carry the furniture to the upper floor.
3. You need to get ready with 2 and half months rent in advance, before joining the apartment.
