great apartment but...

this apartment is perfect for me and my little family. the only down side is the downstairs neighbor does not respect us. they are constantly blairing their music and with having a newborn it is very hard to get her to sleep sometimes. just make sure you ask plenty of questions about the downstairs neighbors before moving in.
