My husband and I moved in here about a year ago. When we moved in, the landlord told us we could have a small dog even though it said no pets on the lease. Now, 6 months later, he tells us we have to get rid of him or we will be evicted. This was a result of someone else getting a dog and not taking care of it properly. So the end result is, the laundry rooms suck, neighbors are really loud, people leave their cars in spots for months and don't come back to claim them,AC is ancient in the living room, and we already put a deposit down for a new aparment for when our lease is up in 4 months.
