Lousy Apartment service

Ever since the management of this comlplex changed and the manager changed with it, we have been having tons of issues with services.
Imagine having your air conditioner broken on a Friday evening, and you have to face sweltering heat, in your apartment, just for a starter and the management refuses to cme to your aid(unless you are a heart patient), if no in this heat you will become one.
Renters are advised to consider this complex as a last resort only keeping in mind the obstinate service conditions.
