office management and maintenance is new since the 2004 reviews so dont believe the hype.
parking is a total nightmare!!!
the grounds are nice because they spend more time and money on landscaping than they do on the repairs in the apts.(which constantly has to be reported over and over again) it takes forever to get things fixed (if they even ever get fixed; this is a major problem), management is very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. utilities (including water) are very expensive!!! even w/the heat on, it is extremely cold during the winter months so bring your mittens. overall the inside and outside of the apt. is very nice, but dealing w/management and maintenance is a big problem. Last but not least, be sure to read your lease agreement, it may surprise you!!!
