worn out apartment with horrible office staff

The units are run-down and the management is horrible! Ceilings leak and strange mold grows there. There are too many cars for the number of units, so be prepared to fight for parking if you get home after 4pm. The woman who runs the office is terrible; she is never there when you call, and don't hold your breath to get a call back when you leae a message. My lease said there was a gym (none), rec room (a pool table that they would not let us use), and swimming pool-it was open 9 days this past summer, though apparently it was safe enough for the office manager to use it( if you need to find her, look beside the pool). The units were nice, especially with the skylights, but the hassle of dealing with the office staff is too much of a headache
