My roommate and I are currently moving out after being there 2 years. We had to call to get our end of lease contract from them and when they finally mailed it, it was too late for us to escape any fees. The charged us with breaking a lease charge, turn around charge as well. They never sent us any information about what to do with the keys and now are charging us for additional days because we couldn't leave the keys in the mailbox, it had to be handed in. In both case it was clearly managements fault but anytime you try to prove your case, especially if it was their fault, management informs you to look at the lease in order to cover up their mistakes. Its hard to do that when you were never given a lease upon request. The management staff is terrible and only gets back to you when it's good for them and such.

Its a shame, the units are nice but the trouble with management is not worth it. Parking is crazy after 700, especially in key areas.

Maintenance was usually quick, really good in the beginning but they changed at some point and actually have a leaking house fixed with a telephone chord to keep it from leaking' Photos to prove it!

I have to say, if you decide to move here read your lease carefully and also be prepared to suffer any sort of issues stated in the lease regardless of the bad management.In other words be the manager of your apartment and don't leave it in their hands or you will pay dearly.

If anyone doubts anything I've said feel free to contact me. I have proof and documentation as well as dated voice mails from management to back up my claims. I kid you not when writing this review.

My boyfriend lived there for a year, and is begging me to move back there, must be a reason for his wanting to move back so badly dont you think? I personally think your bitter and had a bad experience as some people do...And if you dont know that the key should be HANDED in, thats really YOUR problem and deserve to be charged the extra money...
