I think most people on these boards just want to use it as a forum for complaints. Having recently moved to the Houston area, finding an apartment complex that is clean and safe is like finding a needle in a haystack!

Cranbury Crossing is a bit on the pricey side, especially for older apartments. But the area is safe, the neighbors are nice, and the apartments are very clean and well kept. I lived here for 3 years and never had a problem with insects, noise, or maintenance. The only thing is, a few times when there were minor problems (blinds needed to be replaced) the office took forever to get to it. But when I had issues with heating or with the washer/dryer, maintenance would respond immediately, even on the weekends and after hours. Someone would always call back when I used the emergency number to page someone.

Parking is a bit of a problem if you come home after 7pm, especially on the weekends. But overall, I was very happy living at Cranbury Crossing and wish I could find a place of such quality in my new town!
