Great Space and Location

I lived in the Courts in 2 different apartments. My first stint was for 6 months, I moved out the country, and when I returned I sought out another apartment in this complex. It is close, walking distance to everything. You can catch buses going into the city and other places. The facilities are ok. They are trying to make it better. They keep the grounds pretty nice.

The price has increased steadily over the last 5 years. Other than that, it is a great place. Mostly professional people there. Pests were not really a problem too much, when I lived in apartments in always sprayed like a maniac anyway.

About 900 square feet of living space. Nice duck pond. Overall Good place to live.
