I've lived her for almost 2 years and can't wait to move. There is zero parking for guests. The grounds and laundry room (they don't clean the drains or even mop the laundry floor afer it rains) flood every time it rains. If your a woman expect to fear being assaulted because they can't even replace building security lights. The heat runs out of control in the winter and you have no controls. Snow removal is a joke. Look elsewhere. If you look online most units are for sale because they charge $700 a month in maintenance fees which is a total ripoff as they do nothing with the money.
