This is the worst place you could live. The board members are the most rude people I have ever delt with. Members of the board appoint themselves as presidents and make there own rules with out consulting share holders (Illegal!) Not to mention they violate their own rules. (No baby pools, slides Most importantly if you attempt to buy one, good luck getting a mortgage. The debt ratio is 52 to 50, and banks want nothing to do with the Courts. Million dollar loans are taking out by ex-employees and then they disappear, and renovations here are bandaids and only cosmetic work is done. Special assessment fees are paid every month for an unknown reason.
