This is an older apartment complex with the apartments literally falling apart (ceilings coming down, walls cracking, etc). Each apartment has its own thermostat which doesn't work and maintenance refuses to fix, so the heat is on constantly, from October until June! Its uncomfortably hot, except when the weather drops in the twenties, then the antiquated system does not provide enough heat, apartments are cold and drafty. The hot water comes and goes while taking a shower, and the water pressure is unstable. The maintenance people rarely replace anything, instead they try to temporarily "patch" things, often resulting in having the same problems reoccur. Maintenance never arrives on time, and when they do show up, they usually try to get out of making all repairs, using various excuses. Parking is a nightmare, and snow removal is a joke. The plow does come by quite a few times, still managing to leave a coating of ice in the parking lot. Walkways are shoveled days after a storm, and no paths are made to the recycling and trash receptacles. There are dips in the floors of apartments, mold has been found in a few apartments where there were leaks that the State inspector made management aware of, and were not fixed until a year later, and rotting interior window ledges. The complex has no pool, and few ammenities for the high price it charges. Its only a matter of time before Wyndmoor gets condemned.
