I am a current resident here and I am counting down the days for my lease to be up. Just save yourself the trouble and rent someplace else. The place is old, electricity works only most of the time. The bathroom light sometimes doesnt work at all. Water pressure is for crap. Very overpriced for what they offer, which isn't much. Windows look like they are from the 19th century and they dont keep the cold out. The heat can't seem to be controlled at all. They give you a thermostat just to make you feel better, but as far as I can tell it doesn't do a thing. If you put on more then 1 electrical appliance at a time the stupid breaker trips half the time. My parking lot is graded only in one direction so when it rains it creates a lake in front of my stoop. Impossible to just get into my car without getting soaked. Even more impossible when it gets cold overnight, I come out to a sheet of ice that I have seen people slip and fall on. Oh and don't forget that my building # is spraypainted on the building. Guess they are too cheap to spring for a sign. I could go on, believe me there is more, just look someplace else and forget this place exists. Sooner or later a lawsuit is going to take this place down anyway. Good luck looking someplace else!!
