Intially we were impressed with the location being so close to the library and the intial repairs were excellent. The rugs were replaced and the bathroom was redone(new sink and the ceiling was updated). Besides that we have many complaints. First the apartment is freezing in the winter and I complained several times to the main office because I have a newborn baby and nothing was done and they were rude. My husband had to shovel out of the snow especially the stairs since they were so icy this past winter. Forget about waiting for the maintenance to shovel that could take days. The air quality in the apartment is very poor because mold pops up everywhere, especially the bathroom no matter how much we clean the mold quickly returns. Everything is done at the minimum at this apartment complex, the landscaping is a joke. The buildings look old and run down.

If your rental payment is a day late they add $45. These apartments are run by people who just don't care.

The turnover rate is so high. We've been here one year and we've seen 25-30 apartments vacated.
